Pants on the Ground - that's the catchiest little ditty I've heard in quite some time. Bless his heart. I sure hope someone pays him his royalties.

I'm with MeMe. I hope that guy gets his for that ditty.

It's all over the place!

Funny cartoons. I had to click on the second one to read the writing, my eyes are getting worse!

Yes, welcome to the real ugly world President Obama.

But ya know? ALL presidents go through this. All of 'em.

Me-Me: Yeah, you said it. Everybody else seems to be benefitting from that stupid song except the poor guy that got booted off A.I.!

Quirks: But it's funny how quickly both the voters and the media turn. This guy was gonna be the greatest thing since sliced bread and now he's treated like stale day-old bread.
First, hey, I get this humor! Americans!!!! ;)

Second, the greatest thing since sliced bread is Joey Logano (see my most recent post: yes, shameless plug). :)

The dems claimed that the losses in N.J. and Virginia to the republicans were *not* reflective of Obama's handling of the economy. Wonder if the loss of Teddy Kennedy's old post to a Republican will loosen their tongues to the point they will at least admit it hurts? Ouch!

Don: To an outsider such as myself that was a big surprise. But, hey, the people have spoken!

The Polka Dot Door

A long time ago, when I was 22, my first child was born.  That kid grew up on a little Canadian kid's show called Polka Dot Door, produced by the TV Ontario network.  And Dad, more often than not, sat through those shows with his little one. Nine or so years later when a brother, and a year after that when a sister came along number one son was moving on to Knight Rider and The Dukes of Hazzard.  But there was a nice overlap where his siblings picked up where he had left off with Polka Dot Door.  And Dad was right there to welcome them. So you're looking at a Polka Dot Door veteran.  The show began in 1971 and ran to 1993.  I didn't watch the full run but I did get in my fair share.  The formula was pretty simple.  A young male and female host, which seemed to change every week, sang songs, told stories, made crafts and generally did their best stimulate little brains.  The show opened as follows... Imagination Day!  Oh boy!  You know what happens on Imagination D
