Bulbs, Birds and a Baby

With chemo out of the way early, ran some errands and then because it was such a gorgeous day decided to drive to Dow's Lake and see if the tulips were out. Shot some wonderful pictures. Some of these are so bright they look flourescent!

I took the Western Ottawa River Parkway on my way to lunch in Kanata and along the way discovered ducks and geese feeding and sunning themselves near the Woodroffe exit. I couldn't get too close for fear of them running or flying away. Still, some pretty good pics.
