Hey, this is like Sunday Funnies in Prime Time or sumpin'. Well, Americans go to the polls tomorrow in the U.S. mid-term elections. But today they celebrate...the end of political attack ads.
They've been running for months now. And if some of the comments left on the blog here are any indication, my American buddies are sick and tired of all the mud-slinging. Some political cartoonists have picked up on this and I share with you some of the ones I've come across. Oh, and hey, and if you're south of the 49th parallel, don't forget to vote tomorrow!

"... and he's been called a WEASEL!"
Yeah... I'd say they're ALL weasels!
And that's not good.
Example:
Here in California, there's a Senate race between Barbara Boxer(D) and Carly Fiorina(R). A Fiorina ad shows Boxer at a hearing chastising someone for referring to her as "Ma'am" instead of "Senator." Boxer says, "Excuse me, I'd prefer to be called Senator, rather than Ma'am. It's a title I feel that I've earned."
Okay, granted, this is not Barbara Boxer's finest moment and she comes off as a bit arrogant . . . but really. If that's the worst thing she's done, she's gotta be better than most politicians.
Plus, Fiorina looks and acts like a complete weasel.
